He is a Full Professor at the Department of Hydraulic Machinery and Energy Systems, the Head of the Laboratory for Research, Development, Testing and Optimization of Hydropower Plants, as well as a member of the Council of the University of Belgrade - Faculty of Mechanical Engineering.

In addition to teaching and research work in the field of hydraulic turbines, hydropower plants, numerical and experimental fluid mechanics, the application of artificial intelligence in hydropower and others, for more than twenty years he has been performing expertise consulting, analysis and revision of studies and projects in the field of hydropower, managing and participating in tests of hydraulic turbines, development of software for optimization and analysis of transition modes in hydropower plants.He held the position of Assistant Director for cooperation with the industry at the Innovation Center of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering.He is married and has three children.
