Aleksandar Marković, born in 1965 in Gornji Milanovac, graduated from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering in Belgrade, in the field of production engineering. He began his career in 1993 at the company Metalac a.d. working as a construction and mechanical technology referent. Later, he led the construction department and from 1998, managed the project for the construction of an inox cookware factory. Subsequently, he managed the Profit Center for inox cookware and inox sinks. From 2005, he held positions as Technical Director and Director of Development at Metalac a.d. From 2006 to 2018, he served as the director of Metalac cookware d.o.o. From 2018 to 2022, he held the position of General Director of Metalac a.d. Currently, he is the Executive Director for Commercial Affairs at Unipromet d.o.o. from Čačak. Since 2018, he has also been the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the company "P.S. Fashion Design" d.o.o. Čačak. Since May 2023, he has been the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Association of Economists of Serbia. He has undergone a series of professional training programs in the fields of strategic management, business economics, managerial accounting and management, as well as the General Management Program of the IEDC Bled Business School, and various programs of the Mokra Gora School of Management, Adizes, and other training programs.
